An Entertainers Dream

To create a modern secluded retreat that is geared to entertaining

·       The biggest challenge was getting the township to allow us to build the large accessory structure

·       Theinstallation of all of the other elements on the site was completed before thepool house construction began…that is how long it took to get the permissions (theouter walls were prepped so we could add to the structure later)

·       Weinstalled a small fiberglass pool, hardscapes, artificial turf, outdoorkitchen, landscaping, and a decorative address wall in the front beforecompleting the accessory structure in the back a year later. If the accessorybuilding didn’t received approval, the space would have just been converted toa simple raised entertaining area with an aluminum pergola

·       The plantingswere installed with careful consideration for the client’s privacy needs, andhis request for instant hedges

·       Subtlelandscape lighting was installed to add a calming ambiance to the site

·       Althoughthe rear of the property is very narrow, angled and shallow, we were able togive the client all of the elements he wanted without it feeling crowded (the backlot line is 66 linear feet, the right side is 33 linear feet and the left sideis 42 linear feet)
